| 猪巨吻棘头虫病 porcine acanthocephaliasis 猪巨吻棘头虫寄生于人体小肠而引起的寄生虫病。猪及野猪是其主要终宿主，天牛及金龟子是其中间宿主。人们因进食这些昆虫而感染，在人体不易成熟，故粪便中难找到虫卵。成虫以其头部吻突及倒钩侵入回肠壁，直至肌层，局部肠壁有炎症及溃疡，也可引起肠穿孔。患者可有恶心、厌食及腹痛，有时出现肠梗阻或肠穿孔引起的急性腹膜炎。往往在手术时确诊为本病，皮试有助于诊断。单剂左旋咪唑或硫双二氯酚驱虫有效。 |
