The processing technique of composite beverage of sponge gourd and bitter gourd was experimented.

Sponge gourd is one of main vegetables in jiangmen area,along with the constant enlargement of the planting area in recent years,four new sponge gourd varieties such as xialv 3 etc have been introduced for regional tests in the spring of 2007 in order to screen out fine varieties of sponge gourd that are suitable for cultivation and consumption market in jiangmen area.
