钢锭精整

gangding Jingzheng钢锭精整(i ngot finish)依据相应的技术条件,检查并清除钢锭表面缺陷并对钢锭质量加以判定的作业。精整方法有车床剥皮、砂轮修磨、风铲铲削及火焰清理等。对优质钢和合金钢,最普遍采用的是砂轮修磨。钢锭表面裂纹、重接、夹渣、结疤、表面气泡及深度大于4mm的麻点等缺陷,必须清除干净。清理处的凹坑应圆滑无棱角,且保证凹坑的深:宽:长达到1:4:6。高合金钢和某些裂纹敏感的钢种,钢锭修磨时应防止在一处长时间研磨或用力过大,以避免产生研磨裂纹。某些铁素体钢,如iCrx7,ooCrlsMoZ等要求在钢锭保持一定温度时精整,否则也会产生研磨裂纹,钢锭表面缺陷严重、清理深度过大时,钢锭应判废或判切去一部分。一般规定,7。。kg以下钢锭清理深度超过25mm者、大钢锭清理深度超过35mm者以及短锭、未达到冒口规定浇高的镇静钢钢锭、严重冒涨或下陷的沸腾钢钢钦均判废。带有严重的纵、横裂纹和重接的钢锭,可不经清理直接判废。精整合格后的钢锭方可检尺、检斤入库。 (艾慰心姜永林)
