The chicken coccidian oocysts of fresh faeces with blood were collected by floating with saturation saline,and put into a beaker which contain suitable 25 g/L K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7) solution,and cultivated two or three days in the constant temperature box at 29 ℃,until the chicken coccidian oocysts were sporulated.
把收集到的新鲜带血鸡粪用饱和食盐水漂浮法收集鸡球虫卵囊,在装有25 g/L重铬酸钾溶液的平皿中保存,置于29℃的恒温箱中2 d~3 d,得到混合种孢子化卵囊。

材料:
去骨的鸡胸肉6两,毛豆一两(可用别种豆子),蛋白一个,酒大匙,糖小匙,盐少许,番茄汁2匙，淀粉半大匙．
做法：
先在鸡肉上划出斜方格花纹（格子如毛豆大小），刀痕要深入鸡肉的三分之二左右，然后把它切成小块．蛋白，淀粉，盐调匀后拌匀在鸡块中．油锅烧热后放多点油，在热油旺火下暴炒一下鸡块，肉一发白即刻出锅，机子卷成球形．毛豆用少许水，盐煮一下．起锅加酒，盐，糖，番茄汁等加高汤４－５汤匙．再倒入淀粉汁，使汁变稠，在加鸡球拌匀浇油少许，即可上桌。
