In order to investigate the etiology of hoof disease which occurred in high morbidity in one of Guangxi dairy farms,blood and urine samples were collected from 34 cows with hoof disease,blood plasma calcium and phosphorus concentrations was determined by conventional methods and some urine analysis was conducted by urine routine automatic analysis instrument.
针对广西某奶牛场蹄病发病率高的现状,选择34例蹄病奶牛采集其尿液和血液,应用尿常规快速自动分析仪对部分尿液指标和血浆钙、磷水平进行检测与分析。

The contents of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus(P) in diets, soil, water and serum of healthy or hoof disease dairy cattle from A ranch (high incidence of Hoof disease) and B ranch (low incidence of Hoof disease) were determined with an attempt to study the effects of imbalance between Ca and P on hoof disease of dairy cattle.

垂体功能过低性肢厚皮病
病名。亦称肢端缩小综合征。系常染色体显性遗传，亦可为垂体前叶受结核、炎症、肿瘤的影响所致之皮肤结缔组织肥厚，增殖性骨膜炎伴不规则的骨膜骨化，韧带、腱和膜的骨化。多见于男性，青春期后发病。劳动能力下降。面和颅的皮肤增厚、皱纹，皮脂腺分泌增加，手足皮肤增厚、多汗。四肢骨、指和趾增厚，指圆柱状变形、杵状趾。手足仍小或肢端缩小，关节积液 。偶见胡须和阴毛稀少，尿崩，女性型乳房。血钠低，X线检查可见垂体前叶炎症。结核或肿瘤表现。无特殊治疗。经5～10年进展后稳定，不影响生活。
