适应症： 用于轻型和中型糖尿病。
用量用法：
于早饭前半小时皮下注射１次，剂量根据病情而定，一般约每２～４ｇ尿糖用本品１单位。每日用量一般为１０～２０单位。亦可与正规胰岛素合用治疗重度成年型或青年型糖尿病病人，与正规胰岛素的用量比为１:２～３。
注意事项：
1.本品不能用于静注。 2.静置后可分为两层，使用前必须摇匀。 3.注射器消毒时不要用碱性物质。 4.出现低血糖较迟，约在注射１２小时以后。出现症状后需用糖量比正规胰岛素多。 5.因作用缓慢，不能用于抢救糖尿病昏迷病人。
