jiaben burongwu甲苯不溶物(toluene insoluble)煤焦油、煤焦油沥青和其他类似产品中不溶于甲苯的组分。简称T1。在沥青研究中，常以不同的溶剂来处理沥青，将其分成可溶的和不可溶的两部分。如果适当选择几种溶解能力不同的溶剂，沥青还可分割成不同的溶剂抽提组分，以便进一步对各组分进行物理、化学和工艺性能方面的研究。由于沥青在苯中的溶解度适中，各种溶剂抽提分析方法均常用苯作溶剂。甲苯与苯的溶解能力相近，且甲苯的挥发性与毒性比苯低。因此多用甲苯代替苯作为溶剂。沥青作为炭素材料的粘结剂，在混捏、成型过程中，应使糊料具有一定的塑性，以满足成型工艺的要求。沥青中的甲苯不溶物主要起粘结桥作用，即在炭素制品焙烧过程中使固体炭颗粒结合成一个整体，使制品具有一定的机械强度。甲苯不溶物含量，直接影响炭素制品的密度、强度和导电率等性质。 (黄宁明李志龙)
