4.沙锅中加入凉水后放川贝、银耳，武火使水滚开后转文火，一小时后放入木瓜块，继
续炖一小时后熄火。

1.此为一道甜品，口味清新宜人且润肺养颜很适合这个季节饮用，而且在汤稍凉时调入
少量蜂蜜则口感更加甘甜；
2.川贝有止咳的功效，如果咳嗽时烹制此道甜汤可酌量多些。
