禾本科Gramineae
多年生草本,高1m以上。具横走根茎。叶鞘松弛包茎,具膜质边缘,叶片较长,淡绿色,质硬。分布于新疆准噶尔盆地,生于流动沙丘或沙质草原。前苏联也有分布。为固沙植物,也是培养小麦良种的优良亲本。处濒危状态。
