为了鉴定红巴梨等6个洋梨及3个具洋梨亲本的杂种后代的抗寒能力,取其1a生苗为试材,进行-20、-25、-30、-35、-40、-45℃低温处理,用电导法配合Logistic方程,求得拐点(LT50),即半致死温度,并与自然气候条件下的冻害级别进行相关比较。

绿茶沙拉焗西洋梨
材料：西洋梨3个调味料：起司条150克、沙拉酱150克、绿茶粉1茶匙
做法：
1.西洋梨切对半取出硬核，连皮处仅留约1厘米的果肉，其余取出切成小丁。
2.起司条切碎。绿茶粉加1茶匙水拌开，再加入起司丝及沙拉酱调成糊状。
3.将梨肉与3大匙绿茶沙拉酱拌匀后盛入果壳内，再将剩余的沙拉酱覆盖于果肉上。
4.放烤箱以上下火皆300℃烘烤3分半钟即可。
