Collection wool samples from mid-side skin of 30 sheep,they were belong to 4 breeds including Hetian sheep(Pure plain Hetian,Pure mountain Hetian and New Hetian three strains),Karakul sheep(Silkworm,girdle-type and rib-type three flower-types),Duolang sheep and Chinese Merino.
分别采集了新疆4个不同地区4个绵羊品种共30只绵羊的体侧部羊毛,包括和田羊(纯平原型、纯山区型、新和田羊3个不同品系)、纯种卡拉库尔羊(卧蚕型、环型、肋型3个不同花型)、多浪羊、中国美利奴细型细毛羊等。

BMP15 and GDF9 as candidate gene of high fecundity were detected in Cele black sheep and Duolang sheep.
本研究以BMP15基因和GDF9基因为候选基因,在策勒黑羊和多浪羊上检测BMP15基因四个突变位点:FecXG、FecXB、FecXI、FecXH以及GDF9基因突变位点FecGH,同时也对湖羊、小尾寒羊及新疆细毛羊(单胎品系)进行了检测,结果表明:策勒黑羊,多浪羊上都没有BMP15基因和GDF9基因突变,策勒黑羊和多浪羊的多胎机制与BMP15基因和GDF9基因无关。
