利用常规石蜡切片法,光学显微镜观察,对带岭地区紫椴与糠椴枝叶解剖构造进行比较分析,结果表明:它们的初生构造极为相似,说明它们的起缘关系很近,1年生枝条紫椴比糠椴耐低温干旱和大风,初生生长比糠椴快,但生长情况没有糠椴好;2年生枝条紫椴不如糠椴耐低温干旱和大风,次生生生长比糠椴慢,但生长情况比糠椴好;紫椴与糠椴的叶片为典型的异面叶,在带岭地区紫椴的抗旱能力强于糠椴。
