Onion bulbs were treated with six kinds of chemicals(hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide,maleic hydrazide,sorbic acid,salicylic acid,ethylene)in three concentration at the time of 14 d in front harves and after harvest by spraying and dipping.
分别用3种浓度的盐酸、氢氧化钠、马来酰肼、山梨酸、水杨酸和乙烯利对洋葱鳞茎进行不同的处理(收获前14 d叶部喷施、收获后浸根)。

用 3种不同浓度的HCl溶液在采前 2周对洋葱叶面进行均匀喷施 ,结果表明 :一定浓度的HCl处理洋葱鳞茎 ,可以降低洋葱鳞茎内的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、总淀粉酶活性 ,提高吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性 ,从而抑制洋葱鳞茎的萌发。
