在讨论了农业标准综合体产生的基础、农业标准由量到质的转化以及农业标准综合体的应有结构基础上认为:(1)农业标准综合体的产生基于两类情形,即清晰农业过程和灰色农业过程;(2)农业标准由量到质的转化基础是农业标准体系结构建立,转化的保证是建立第三方认定单位;(3)研究构建了农业标准综合体框架结构;(4)我国农业标准的质型转变已经迫在眉睫,客观时机也已成熟。
