本研究针对月季切花采后容易失水以及失水胁迫耐性弱等特点,以探讨SOD对月季切花失水胁迫保护作用为目的,从20个切花月季品种中筛选出耐失水胁迫品种‘Samantha’作为供试材料,用SOD抑制剂DDTC做预处理,在20℃,RH 35%~40%,80μEm~(-2)s~(-1)光照(12h/d)条件下对其进行12~48h失水胁迫。
