In this paper,with the constant deepening of the reform of rural taxes and the continued development of the rural economy,many problems of rural accounting staff supervision and management has been exposed,so in this article we analysised them and proposed the solutions to the problems in the end.
就我国农村税费改革的不断深入和农村经济的不断发展,针对农村会计人员监督与管理工作中暴露出的问题进行分折,提出了解决问题的对策。
