On the basis of studying of regularity of changes of Dalian winter coastal surface layer water temperature itself and its relations with the EI nino phenomenon by means of the spectral analysis, the authors put forward an EI nino index curve integration method, and by using it they made a tendency prediction on Dalian winter coastal surface layer water temperature.

The impact on climatic trend prediction from boundary effect and non-periodicity inwavelet climatic diagnosis is stated in this paper.

This paper introduces the major mathematic models of synthetic prediction of crop yield, including separation of trend factor and trend yield,simulation of trend yield;,extension of trend yield;,prediction of fluctuating yield, revision of predicting errors, multi-result s synthetic integration .

The results showed that: the multinomial methods was more appropriate to separate the trend yield, and the yield of waxberry had close relationship with some climate factors of flower Suds period and autumn period, such as precipitation and temperature.
