金银花蜜汁米酪
杏仁、绿豆、蜂蜜等均是消暑、祛毒、清热之佳品。小儿夏季易发生脓疱疮、湿疹、吃此品,能清热利湿,养血祛风,抑制多种细菌和病毒对人体皮肤的侵害,能祛瘙痒、燥湿、泻火、解毒,杀虫止痛,治皮肤瘙痒。
原料:
杏仁50克,绿豆100克,粳米100克,糯米100克,金银花100克,蜂蜜200克,白矾少许。
制作:
1、将绿豆用凉水泡一个小时,然后煮熟,去皮过罗(煮时加少许白矾);杏仁用开水泡一下,然后剥去仁皮,用粉碎机粉碎;粳米、糯米用凉水泡一个小时,用粉碎机粉碎;金银花用开水泡一个小时,用其汁。
2、先把绿豆下锅烧开,然后倒入其他汗液,不断地搅动,开锅后加入蜂蜜,放凉倒入平盘中,放入冰箱凉透即成。
特点:
甜、凉、鲜、微苦。
