角贝属 Dentalium;tusk shell 软体动物门掘足纲角贝科的一属。又称象牙贝。中国沿海已发现20余种。贝壳管状,两端开孔,前口大,为头足孔,后口小,为肛门孔。贝壳表面一般光滑。头部不明显,前端背面有1 个能伸缩的吻,吻的前端为口,以原生动物和幼小的双壳纲动物为食。用足挖掘泥沙,潜入泥沙质海底生活 。角贝没有经济意义。 |
