Objective To observe the changes of Akt1,Akt2,Akt3 mRNA expression level in rat pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells(PASMC) induced by hypoxia and to investigate the value of Akt signaling pathway in vascular reconstruction during phyoxia pulmonary hypertension(HPH).
目的通过观察缺氧致大鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pu lmonary arterial smooth musc le cell,PASMC)3种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(Akt1、Akt2、Akt3)mRNA的表达水平变化,初步探讨Akt信号途径在缺氧肺动脉高压(hypoxia pu lmonaryhypertension,HPH)血管重建中的作用。

性质:又称3-磷酸丝氨酸,丝氨酸磷酸酯。以氧氯化磷和丝氨酸(Ser)为原料合成制得,也可以用酶法由3-磷酸甘油酸或3-磷酸羟基丙酮酸转化而来。从水和乙醇中得白色结晶。溶于水,不溶于乙醇、醚。pK 2.65(羧基)、5.91(磷酸根)、9.99(氨基)。在生物合成L-Ser和甘氨酸(Gly)两种氨基酸时,磷酸丝氨酸是一个重要中间体。市售品有L-丝氨O-磷酸(酯)、DL-丝氨酸单磷酸。主要用作生化试剂。
