本研究首先通过对四川部分地区奶牛、牦牛病毒性腹泻/粘膜病进行了流行病学研究和病原分离鉴定,再依据牛病毒性腹泻/粘膜病病毒与猪瘟病毒在免疫学上具有同源性的特点,介绍了猪瘟兔化弱毒苗的研制和生产过程,并用其对不同种属和日龄的牛进行了不同剂量的免疫,分别从免疫应答及其对牛的生产性能和安全性等方面进行了研究,旨在为用猪瘟兔化弱毒苗预防和控制牛病毒性腹泻/粘膜病提供理论依据。
