A chiral β-diketone D,D-dicamphylmethane was synthesized from natural d-camphor ramifications D-camphyl methane and D-camphyl chloride by condensation using magnesium bromide diisopropylamide as alkali under mild conditions and it was characterized by ~1H NMR,IR and element analysis.
结果表明,最佳合成条件为:D-龙脑酸酰氯和D-龙脑甲酮及二异丙氨基溴化镁的物质的量配比为1∶1∶1。
