主料:糯米粉
辅料:绿豆粉、白面粉、鸡蛋、胡萝卜、土豆、松仁、培根、香葱
调料:盐、白糖、味精
烹制方法:
1、将胡萝卜、土豆切成片,过开水焯烫一下取出,和切好的培根碎放一起,加入鸡蛋、盐、白糖、味精搅拌均匀;
2、绿豆粉中加入等量的糯米粉和白面粉、加入松仁搅拌均匀,倒入拌好的培根土豆中,加水搅拌至粘稠,撒入香葱末;
3、坐平底锅,将拌好的面糊放入锅中,摊成圆形,两面煎成金黄即可。
特点:酥脆可口,鲜香软嫩。
