Using rice restorer lines 986 and JH1 as the materials,the samples with different counting seed-setting rates (CSR) from 0 to 100% with a class interval of 5% were designed to study the relation of CSR to weighing seed-setting rate (WSR).
分别用自选恢复系986和JH1为材料,以5%为组距,在0~100%范围内人工构造具有不同计数结实率(CSR)的样本;称出各样本实粒质量M1和空秕粒质量M2,算出实粒质量占样本总质量的百分率,即称重结实率(WSR);根据单粒实粒质量m1、单粒空秕粒质量m2与M1、M2,单粒实粒质量m1、单粒空秕粒质量m2与出糙率P的关系,推导出WSR与CSR的数学关系:CSR1=11+mm21W1SR-1×100%和CSR2=(11--PP)××WWSSRR×100%;RSR1、RSR2分别代替两式中的CSR1、CSR2,称为回归结实率。

The results indicated that the low temperature in booting stage had a great effect on decreasing the seed-setting rate, resulting in decrease of grain yield, but it had not much influence on the traits of effective panicles, spikelets per panicle and grain weight.
