The paper studied the physiological characteristics of the leaves of Cotinus coggygria Royal Purple with different colors in autumn.
本研究以美国红栌秋季叶片为试材,选取红色,中间色、绿色三种颜色的叶片,测定其叶绿素、花色素苷、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及叶片组织中的含水量,讨论其对美国红栌秋季叶片着色的影响,结果表明:美国红栌秋季叶片中,红色叶片叶绿素含量较低,PAL酶活性较高,花青素苷的含量较高,所以叶色呈现红色;绿色叶片中叶绿素含量较高,PAL酶活性较低,花青素苷的含量较少,所以呈现绿色。
