培根松仁土豆饼
主料：糯米粉
辅料：绿豆粉、白面粉、鸡蛋、胡萝卜、土豆、松仁、培根、香葱
调料：盐、白糖、味精
烹制方法：
1、将胡萝卜、土豆切成片，过开水焯烫一下取出，和切好的培根碎放一起，加入鸡蛋、盐、白糖、味精搅拌均匀；
2、绿豆粉中加入等量的糯米粉和白面粉、加入松仁搅拌均匀，倒入拌好的培根土豆中，加水搅拌至粘稠，撒入香葱末；
3、坐平底锅，将拌好的面糊放入锅中，摊成圆形，两面煎成金黄即可。
特点：酥脆可口，鲜香软嫩。
