石蛾 石蛾 病名。系指乳蛾较为坚硬者。小儿多患此病。小儿形气未充，脏腑柔弱，易为外邪所感，邪毒虽不盛，然常留滞咽喉，凝聚不散，肿而为蛾。《喉科秘旨》卷上认为：“此症因胎生本原不足所致。”症见喉核一侧或两则肿大，触之石硬，微疼或不疼。感邪则喉核红肿疼痛，身发寒热等。参见乳蛾条。相当于慢性扁桃体炎。本病宜注意饮食卫生，冷暖适度，减少受邪机会，使正气渐旺，以期病愈。若蛾大，常易发病，红肿疼痛或伴有心慌、发热、腰膝疼痛者，宜手术切除之，或用烙法烙之。参见乳蛾条。
