The 563 goats from nine Chinese indigenous goat breeds (Henan Niutui, Guangfeng, Ganxi, Matou, Yichang white, Xiangdong black, Fuqing, Daiyun, Chuandong white) and one introduced goat breed (Boer) were studied using 16 microsatellite markers recommended by the FAO and ISAG.
本研究以9个中国地方山羊品种(河南牛腿、广丰、赣西、马头、宜昌白、湘东黑、福清、戴云和川东白山羊)和1个引进品种(波尔山羊)共计563个个体作为研究对象,采用联合国粮农组织(FAO)和国际动物遗传学会(ISAG)联合推荐的16对微卫星引物,以ABI3100-Avant全自动基因序列分析仪为平台,结合荧光-多重PCR技术对10个山羊品种的遗传多样性进行分析研究,为我国地方山羊遗传资源的合理利用及保护提供依据,实验结果如下:1。

| 安哥拉山羊 Angora goat 毛用山羊品种。原产土耳其首都安卡拉（旧称安哥拉）周围，以产马海毛著称。现以土耳其、美国和南非饲养最多。公、母羊均有角，颜面平直，耳大下垂，唇端或耳缘有深色斑点，颈短，体躯窄，全身被毛白色。一般18月龄开始配种，多产单羔，泌乳量低。成年公羊剪毛量3.5～4千克，母羊2.5～3千克，净毛率70％～80％。土耳其每年剪毛1次，美国和南非2次。
