It was found that 4844-12 was a stable alien additional line and 4844-2 and 4844-8 were stable alien substitution lines;the SSR analysis of the alien substitution lines revealed that in the substitution lines chromosome 6D of wheat were substituted by a pair of P chromosomes and this indicated that there existed a partially homologous relation between the chromosome.
结果发现,4844-12是1个稳定的异附加系,4844-2和4844-8是稳定的异代换系;对异代换系进行SSR分析表明,代换系中小麦的6D染色体被1对P染色体代换,说明这对冰草染色体与小麦6D染色体有部分同源关系,由此确定4844中的冰草染色体为6P;同时筛选出冰草6P染色体的4个SSR标记。

龟甲四瓣纹罽 东汉毛织品。现藏新疆维吾尔自治区博物馆。新疆民丰尼雅汉遗址出土的龟甲四瓣纹罽，残长24厘米，宽12厘米。经纱密度是三股7根/厘米，纬纱密度为双股13根/厘米。是用纬线显花法，在藏青色地上织出黄色的龟甲纹图案，中间嵌着红色的四个朵瓣的小花，花地分明，配色艳丽，纹饰是中原地区风格，体现民族交往的特色。
