性质:又称人工气(天)侯变化。塑料、橡胶、涂料或纤维等材料试样在模拟和强化的大气环境(如阳光、热、降水和温度)中老化导致材料性能变化并在短期内获得近似大气老化结果的快速老化试验方法。试验在装有特制光源、试样转动架、调温调湿和人工降水等的人工气候老化箱中进行。它与室外大气老化的相关性常用加速倍数= 室外大气老化天数/人工气候老化天数来表示。例如丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶在阳光型人工气候老化50小时、100小时分别相当于室外大气老化0.5个月和1个月。其加速倍数为7.2。但对大多数橡胶、塑料等迄今还未找到其试验结果的相关性。
