Based on the residential base land prices data of Dehua country from 2002-2006,and with Surfer software and GIS spatial method,a series of maps of spatial distribution of urban residential land prices are given in this paper.

Meanwhile, under land price marketplace decision mechanism effect, the residential land price is displaying the huge difference among the cities.

With the Juanshui, Tongcheng, Hubei a study case, the paper study the housing land sprawl law in small town, during the course adopted the contrast analyzing methods, combining the questionnaire investigation and the government department date.
