以RT PCR方法从人工感染禽劳斯肉瘤病毒 (Roussarcomavirus ,RSV )SR RSV的SPF雏鸡体内及SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞 (CEF)培养物中分别扩增出 72 0bp的 gp2 7片段 ,将RT PCR产物重组到质粒载体 pUC19中 ,并对重组质粒进行酶切分析及序列测定。

性质：又称Rous肉瘤病毒。美国病理学家劳斯(F. P. Rous)在1910年发现把禽类的恶性肉瘤的组织液经伯克菲尔德(素烧)滤筒(Berkefeld filter，一种硅藻土滤器)滤出液接种于另外一些正常鸡，结果发现这些正常鸡也生长出具有与病禽肉瘤一样的恶性肿瘤，并从滤液中分离出能引起肉瘤的因子，继而又把该因子称之为劳氏肉瘤病毒。它(们)是属于动物病毒中的单链RNA病毒类。主要用于对癌和疫苗的研究上。
