【植物形态】
栓翅卫矛 落叶灌木,高约4米。枝近四棱,硬直,有2~4个软木质翅,灰褐色;冬芽小。叶对生,矩圆形至矩圆披针形,长6~10厘米,先端渐尖,基部楔形,边缘有细锯齿,两面无毛;叶柄长7~15毫米。花紫色,成聚伞花序;花梗长5毫米;总梗长1~2.5厘米。蒴果4裂,卵圆形,红色,长约7毫米,花柱宿存,长约0.2厘米,呈短尖头。 生于林缘及河岸灌丛中。分布河南、陕西、甘肃、四川等地。

7~8月采,晒干。

性寒,味苦。
【归经】
入肝、肺二经。
【功用主治】
破血落胎,调经续断。治产后腹痛,崩中下血,风湿疼痛。
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,2~3钱;或浸酒。

①治月经不调小腹痛:翅卫矛配五灵脂、当归。水煎服。 ②治骨折及风湿疼痛:翅卫矛配钮子七、铁线莲、卷柏、华蕨槲、秦艽、铁棒七。泡酒服。
