痢疾杆菌外毒素
又称"志贺毒素",为志贺痢疾杆菌I型产生的外毒素。其化学成分为蛋白质,不耐热,75~80℃1小时即可破坏。其作用是使肠粘膜通透性增强,并导致血管内皮细胞损害。经甲醛或紫外线处理可脱毒成类毒素,能刺激机体产生相应的抗毒素。一般认为具有外毒素的志贺痢疾杆菌引起的痢疾较严重。
