The influencing factors of multiplication coefficient and regeneration quality for adventitious shoots of the S series dwarfing rootstock of pear were studied.
对梨S系矮化砧试管苗增殖系数和生长状态的影响因子进行了研究 ,结果表明 :S1 ~S6 不同砧木类型试管分化能力存在差异 ;培养基中添加 1 0mg/L的 6 BA ,既能保证试管苗较高的增殖率 ,又能保证试管苗的质量 ;试管苗再生能力随继代培养代数的增加而提高 ;培养基中GA3≤ 0 1mg/L和使用组培专用封口膜 ,可以有效提高试管苗的分化质量 ,防止玻璃苗产生。

Through the studies on regeneration of in vitro culture of S series dwarfing rootstock of pear, the proper explant induced directly and the time of induction were chosen, and die main influencing factors of multiplication ,rooting .
本试验通过对梨S系矮化砧离体再生培养过程的研究,筛选出了直接诱导再生的适宜外殖体和诱导时期,提出了试管苗继代增殖、生根、驯化移栽和微嫁接的主要影响因子。
