炭疽 anthrax 由炭疽芽孢杆菌引起的急性传染病。主要是破损的皮肤、粘膜直接接触病畜及/或其皮毛与制品所致,故主要表现为皮肤溃疡及特异性黑痂、周围组织广泛水肿及毒血症,偶有吸入带有芽孢菌的尘埃或进食未煮熟的被污染的肉食、乳类、水等而分别产生肺炭疽、肠炭疽;它们常可并发败血症或炭疽性脑膜炎。青霉素G治疗有特效,红霉素、四环素及链霉素等亦有良好效果;皮肤病灶可敷以抗生素软膏,切忌摸弄,更不宜手术切开,以防感染扩散。预防措施:严格管理传染源,切忌污染外环境,因病原菌在体外不适宜条件下可形成芽孢而造成永久性疫源地;对可疑染菌的皮毛应予以消毒;对皮毛加工工人、兽医、牧民应加强个人防护,每年可接种炭疽杆菌减毒活菌苗1次。
