将鸡大肝大脾病(Big Liver and Spleen Disease，BLS)阳性病料制成20％的PBS匀浆，分别经过低速、高速离心纯化处理，静脉接种25周龄的从肉用种鸡，并采用琼脂扩散试验对血清的抗原及抗体进行检测与分析。
补充资料：仙灵脾滑鸡煲
配方：仙灵脾12克鸡肉200克黑木耳30克姜5克葱10克盐5克酱油10克素油1000克(实耗50克)
制作：1．仙灵脾洗净，放入炖杯内，用水200毫升，煎煮25分钟，去渣留汁液待用。
2．鸡肉用沸水焊去血水，沥干水份，切成4厘米见方的块；木耳发透，去蒂根，撕成瓣状；姜切片、葱切段。
3．把炒锅置武火上，加入素油，至六成熟时，下入鸡肉滑透，捞起沥干油份待用。
4．炒锅内留素油30克烧热，加入黑木耳、鸡肉、仙灵脾汁液、盐、酱油，用文火煲35分钟即成。
食法：每2日1次，每次吃鸡肉50克。
功效：补虚损，暖肾阳。高血压腰痛、滑精、阳痿患者食用。
