将鸡大肝大脾病(Big Liver and Spleen Disease,BLS)阳性病料制成20%的PBS匀浆,分别经过低速、高速离心纯化处理,静脉接种25周龄的从肉用种鸡,并采用琼脂扩散试验对血清的抗原及抗体进行检测与分析。
补充资料:仙灵脾滑鸡煲
配方:仙灵脾12克鸡肉200克黑木耳30克姜5克葱10克盐5克酱油10克素油1000克(实耗50克)
制作:1.仙灵脾洗净,放入炖杯内,用水200毫升,煎煮25分钟,去渣留汁液待用。
2.鸡肉用沸水焊去血水,沥干水份,切成4厘米见方的块;木耳发透,去蒂根,撕成瓣状;姜切片、葱切段。
3.把炒锅置武火上,加入素油,至六成熟时,下入鸡肉滑透,捞起沥干油份待用。
4.炒锅内留素油30克烧热,加入黑木耳、鸡肉、仙灵脾汁液、盐、酱油,用文火煲35分钟即成。
食法:每2日1次,每次吃鸡肉50克。
功效:补虚损,暖肾阳。高血压腰痛、滑精、阳痿患者食用。
