本文以中高纬度半干旱区深水藻型湖泊岱海为研究对象,开展了上覆水和沉积物中碳和硅的地球化学行为研究,探讨了沉积物中无机碳的分布特征及赋存形态,模拟了无机、有机碳在水-沉积物界面的迁移转化过程,估算了岱海水-沉积物界面碳、硅的源汇通量,揭示了岱海硅藻生物泵对碳循环的影响,为深水藻型湖泊碳循环研究提供了借鉴,取得了如下主要成果和进展。

| 岱海 位于中国内蒙古自治区乌兰察布盟南部凉城县境内，四周环山的地堑型构造湖。湖面海拔1224米，呈圆形，东西长约20千米，南北宽10千米，面积 149.4平方千米（1982年航测）。入湖大小河流21条，除弓坝河、五号河、苜花河、天成河、步量河等 8 条河沟常年有水入湖以外，其余多为季节性河沟。蓄水量11.6亿立方米，平均深7米，最深 17米。岱海为内陆咸水湖。湖水排泄仅靠蒸发进行。20世纪30年代以前， 湖面较小， 湖水含盐量较高， 曾是熬盐沥碱的地方。30～60年代，由于气候回暖，流域降水较多，湖面得以回升达到今日的规模，水的矿化度约 2.5克／升。湖内没有经济鱼类，但能放养草鱼、鲤鱼、鲢鱼、鲫鱼。因湖水营养盐含量低、浮游生物的种类和数量少，故放养的鱼类生长缓慢，鱼产量很低。 |
