| 胞衣不下 胎儿娩出后，经过半小时胞衣仍然滞留产妇腹内而不能自然排出。又称胎衣不下。胞衣不下主要由于产妇体质素虚，加之临产用力过度，耗气太过，无力推送胞衣；或产时调摄失宜，感受寒邪，使气血凝滞而胞衣不出。常见证型有：①气虚型胞衣不下 。证见产后胞衣不下 ，阴道出血量多色淡，小腹微胀，按之有块不痛，面色皎白，头晕心悸，畏冷喜暖，舌淡，脉虚弱。治宜益气补血，方用补中益气汤、加参生化汤等。②血瘀型胞衣不下。证见产后胞衣不下，阴道出血量少或无 ，色暗红，小腹疼痛 ，按之有块而拒按，面色紫暗，舌质紫暗，有瘀斑，脉沉涩。治宜活血化瘀，方用黑神散等。 |
