The experiment was done to observe the effect of Tragacanth,Rock alga and Cole on the immune response to Infectious bursal disease(IBD) moderate virulence live vaccine in chickens.
结果表明:二免后2周,除了油菜多糖以外,其他2种多糖添加组的中和抗体滴度与对照组相比无显著差异;各组的淋巴细胞体外转化率显著高于对照组,表明3种植物多糖成分能促进淋巴细胞增殖,有待于进一步开发为传染性法氏囊病的免疫增强剂。

To further evaluate the immunoenhancement of chicken interleukin-18(IL-18),the polyprotein of infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) was prepared to DNA vaccine,and the DNA vaccine was co-administrated with the eukaryotic expression plasmid encoding interleukin-18(pCI-IL-18),then boosted after 2 weeks,and challenged with virulent IBDV 5 weeks later.
为进一步评价鸡IL-18的免疫增强作用,用鸡白细胞介素18(IL-18)的真核表达质粒(pCI-IL-18)与传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)多聚蛋白DNA疫苗分别免疫SPF鸡,14日龄时首免,2周后二免,二免后5周用IBDV标准强毒株BC6/85攻击。

法氏囊
又称"腔上囊"。法布里修斯(1537～1619）描述的，位于幼禽泄殖腔脊背侧的卵圆形淋巴上皮结构。从骨髓来的前B细胞，在囊内受"激素"和法氏囊微环境的影响，可分化成为具有体液免疫功能的B细胞。人和哺乳类动物无法氏囊，目前认为其 B细胞分化成熟的场所即在骨髓。
