【目的】本研究拟以牛朊蛋白正常基因和其含单个氨基酸突变的3 个变异体基因克隆为实验材料,构建牛朊蛋白基因重组表达质粒pGEX-BoPrP(93～241)、pGEX-BoPrP(93～241)(S154N)、pGEX-BoPrP(93～241)(A129V)和pGEX-BoPrP(93～241)(Q234R)及其各原核表达重组菌,以获得4 种有活性的牛重组朊蛋白,进而为牛朊蛋白基因突变与其蛋白结构和性质变化关系的研究提供实验材料。
