| 气滞证 人体某一脏腑、某一部位气机阻滞，运行不畅所表现的证候。引起气滞的因素有，病邪（食积、瘀血、痰浊、寒湿等）内阻，七情郁结，用力努伤，跌扑损伤，以及阳气虚弱，温运无力等。人体气机以通顺为贵，一有郁滞，轻则闷胀，重则疼痛。故闷胀、疼痛为气滞证的主要表现。但由于气滞的部位不同，其表现又有所侧重。如气滞胸胁则胸胁痛，气滞胃脘则胃脘痛，气滞于肠则腹痛，气滞经络则肢体疼痛等。妇女乳房作胀，排便时里急后重也常为气滞证的表现。气滞证的胸闷、腹胀，每于嗳气或矢气后减轻。气滞证疼痛的特点为胀痛，且往往为胀重于痛，疼痛时轻时重，部位常不固定，或疼痛攻窜移动。气滞证治宜理气，行气，方用通气散，五磨饮子等。 |
