The S1 gene hypervariable region I (HVR I) of 22 infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) strains isolated in Guangxi during the period of 1985-2007 were sequenced and compared to that of the other IBV reference strains and the pigeon coronavirus isolates.
对广西1985~2007年间分离到的22株传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)的S1基因高变区Ⅰ(HVRⅠ)进行序列测定,并与发表的其他IBV参考株及鸽子分离的冠状病毒株的基因序列进行比较和分析。

To investigate genetic variations of S1 gene hypervariable region I(HVR I) and nucleocapsid(N) protein genes and their variation correlation,S1 gene HVR I and N genes of 21 infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) strains isolated in Guangxi province of China between 1985 and 2008 were amplified by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), cloned,sequenced and analyzed.
为了解广西传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)的纤突蛋白S1基因高变区Ⅰ(HVRⅠ)和核(N)蛋白基因变异情况及S1和N基因变异间的相关性,本研究应用RT-PCR方法扩增了广西1985—2008年的21株IBV的S1基因HVRⅠ和N基因,并进行了克隆、序列测定及分析。

RT-PCR based on a set of primers designed to amplify the hypervariable region of VP2 gene(vVP2) of infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) was used to detect the tissue samples of Fabricus\' bursa collected from a clinical flock in Yongzhou region of Hunan province.
设计针对传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)VP2基因高变区(vVP2)的引物对湖南永州送检的一群疑似传染性法氏囊病病例的法氏囊组织通过逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术进行检测,应用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)接种的方法对阳性样品进行病毒分离,同时对IBDV分离株中的vVP2进行限制性内切酶分析和核苷酸序列测定,分析关键位点的氨基酸特征和同源性,绘制遗传进化树。

从高州城出发,沿石骨河北行20公里,可见一座耸入苍穹的雄伟大山,这便是风光如画的高凉岭。据《高州府志》记载,此山“本名高梁,以群峰高耸,盛暑如秋,故更名高凉”。它集奇山、怪石、佳果于一岭,向来是游览胜地。
高凉岭以它秀丽的风光闻名遐迩。从山脚拾级逶迤而上,石径如带如练,两旁藤萝牵衣,野花夹道,四面松涛呼呼作响,令人心旷神怡。山腰上,有一座金碧辉煌的古刹,这便是冼夫人庙,香火鼎盛,成为我市一个著名的宗教旅游景点。
高凉岭石多且怪。有二人下棋的仙奕石,形似母猪的猪乸石,欲跃龙门的鲤鱼石,引颈啼晓的金鸡石。有的石如金牛戏水,双狮对耍,白鹤飞天。还有石鼓、石船、石池、石床、石桌等等。其中特别引人注目的要数试剑石,此石长约三丈,高达丈余,形似猪腰,中间裂为两半,裂缝处整齐如切。当地传说云:“冼夫人当年曾戌兵高凉,为振军威,以剑劈石,故成此状。”试剑石因此而得名。
高凉岭背北向南处,有一片方圆数十亩的绿色林海。各种树木,混杂其间。树根下,石隙间,有潺潺流水,淙淙作响。昔日的僧人,曾在冼太庙旁截水为池,并种夏荷,养金龟,名曰“放生池”。如今,此池尚存水清如镜。林海中,四时佳果,摘之不完。其中栗子最引人喜爱,它的果实浑身长刺,收获时砸开其外壳,取黄色果仁,用以炖鸡,味道清香可口,是健身延年之佳品。
