原料:
长根菌(金针菇)、冬笋、胡萝卜、香葱
辅料:
料酒、淀粉、香油、胡椒粉、鸡精 、盐
做法:
1. 长根菌、冬笋、胡萝卜、香葱白均洗净切成细条;
2. 香葱叶在沸水中焯一下,变软即捞出,胡萝卜、冬笋、长根菌用沸水焯一下捞出;
3. 坐锅点火倒油,放入胡萝卜、冬笋、长根菌翻炒,加入料酒、盐、胡椒粉、水,焖3分钟盛出,汤汁留用;
4. 分别取长根菌、冬笋、胡萝卜条、香葱白各两根,用焯过的香葱捆好,上笼蒸5分钟;
5. 锅中留汤汁烧开,加入水淀粉、鸡精、香油,淋在柴把长根菌上即可。
特色:
外形生动,口味鲜香。
