性质：又称转录基因。系指一种正被转录的基因。核糖核酸聚合酶(RNA聚合酶)要以完整的双链脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)为模板，所以在转录时基因所在的DNA区段双链结构局部地被解开，有关基因转录后，DNA仍然保持双链结构，而已合成的RNA(或mRNA)链即随之离开DNA链。
