Then Aiming to improving the trapping rate, we adopted the orthogonal experimental design for the field experiment of the grasshopper pneumatic trapper with three controllable factors including the height of the suction mouth above ground surface, the trapper’s advance speed, the interaction and the airflow speed at the exhausting and intake speed, and an interaction.

To study the escaping problem at the both side of Pneumatic Grasshopper Trapper in the capturing process and improve the suction trap rate, firstly, measure the flow field of Head-suck in Pneumatic Grasshopper Trapper.
为了深入地探讨草地蝗虫吸捕机在吸捕过程中蝗虫在吸嘴两侧逃逸的问题以及进一步提高机器的吸捕率,首先对草地蝗虫吸捕机吸嘴处的流场进行实验测量,然后在吸嘴流场分析中引入计算机模拟,利用Fluent软件中的RNG k?ε湍流模型对吸嘴流场进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果之间的误差均在6%以下,证明该数值算法是可行的,为草地蝗虫吸捕机吸嘴的改进设计提供便利条件。

为了深入探讨蝗虫吸捕的过程并进一步提高蝗虫吸捕率,首先加装侧挡板以延长吸捕机两侧有效吸捕气幕范围,测量吸捕机吸头两侧风速,分析当侧挡板与竖直面的夹角为22°时吸头两侧有效气幕范围最优,有效吸捕廓线比加装侧挡板前增长20～30mm,有利于吸捕率的提高。
