烹制方法

1、将河蟹去泥洗净放入锅中煮熟,取出改刀,年糕切片放入锅中煮熟待用,葱切末;

2、坐锅点火加底油,放入姜末煸香,放入河蟹、加料酒、鸡精、盐、白糖、甜面酱、老抽、高汤,烧两分钟后加入年糕片,收干汤汁,撒上少许葱花即可。

特点:蟹肉鲜美,酱香浓郁,年糕软滑,时令极品。
