急性淋球菌性前庭大腺(巴氏腺)炎
病名。 淋病类型之一。为急性淋病患者因淋球菌侵犯前庭大腺所致该部红肿并有脓性分泌物溢出者 。通常其症状较轻，但当形成脓肿的则有红肿热痛之象，患侧小阴唇中下段可触及有压痛之 囊性肿物，约拇指乃至蛋黄大小，腺口溢脓。诊断可据从此处穿刺抽取或挤压出的脓溢涂片 或培养出淋球菌。治疗可参附录“淋病治疗方案”。并可用敏感抗生素加利多卡因适量做腺 体内及周围封闭治疗(注射前先抽尽腺体内脓液)，必要时做腺体切开引流术及切除术。
