白面粉，羊肉1千克，羊肚500克，鸡蛋5个，蘑菇200克，韭黄250克，白菜薹500克，生姜，食盐，胡椒粉，料酒，醋各适量。
≮美食做法≯
1、将羊肉，羊肚洗净，切成2厘米见方的小块；蘑菇洗净，一切两块；白菜薹洗净，切段；韭黄洗净，剁碎待用。
2、将白面粉用水发透，放入韭黄，食盐，揉成面团，用擀面杖擀薄，切成面条。
3、将羊肉块，羊肚块放入锅内，加入生姜，蘑菇，置武火上烧开，然后将面条下入烧开，放入食盐，料酒，醋，胡椒粉即成。
