性质:指培养基的有关组分中惟一含量是限制性的基质。其他基质都是过量的。它是关键性的基质,细胞培养速率的决定因素。这种限制性基质应该是与细胞生长或代谢关系密切,需要量较大的消耗较快的。一般以主要的或消耗速率高的碳源作为限制性基质。
